Supported Yield Strategies
Crowd.Credit employs conservative yield strategies through established DeFi protocols. Each strategy is evaluated for security, track record, and risk profile before being approved.
Active Strategies
Aave v3 Lending
Deposits are supplied to Aave v3 lending pools where they earn interest from borrowers.
- Supported Assets: USDC, USDT, DAI, ETH, wstETH
- Risk Level: Low
- APY Range: 2-5% (variable, depends on market utilization)
- Audit History: Multiple audits by Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, and Sigma Prime
Compound v3 (Comet) Lending
Deposits are supplied to Compound v3 markets for lending yield.
- Supported Assets: USDC, ETH
- Risk Level: Low
- APY Range: 2-4% (variable)
- Audit History: Audited by OpenZeppelin and ChainSecurity
Lido Liquid Staking
ETH deposits can be staked through Lido to earn Ethereum staking rewards while maintaining liquidity via wstETH.
- Supported Assets: ETH (converted to wstETH)
- Risk Level: Low-Medium
- APY Range: 3-5% (variable, tied to Ethereum staking rewards)
- Audit History: Audited by Quantstamp, MixBytes, and Sigma Prime
Strategy Selection
The YieldRouter contract automatically selects the optimal strategy for each deposit based on:
- Current APY -- Routes to the highest-yielding strategy
- Risk Parameters -- Ensures diversification across protocols
- Capacity Limits -- Respects maximum allocation per protocol
- Gas Efficiency -- Batches operations to minimize gas costs
Allocation Limits
To ensure diversification and limit protocol risk, the following maximum allocation limits apply:
| Protocol | Max Allocation |
|---|---|
| Aave v3 | 50% |
| Compound v3 | 30% |
| Lido | 40% |
No single protocol can hold more than 50% of total platform deposits.
Adding New Strategies
New yield strategies are added through the governance process. Proposals must include:
- Smart contract audit report
- Minimum 6-month operational history
- Risk assessment by the protocol team
- Community vote approval
